Aisha Yesufu Reacts As Funke Akindele And Jandor Were Spotted Dancing At A Rally
Nigerian activist, Aisha Yesufu has reacted to a video in which Nollywood actress turned politician, Funke Akindele was seen dancing during a rally of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) with Olajide Adediran, the party’s governorship candidate in the state.
Adediran who is popularly known as Jandor had on Tuesday called on electorates in Lagos State to work with him and his running mate, adding that she will add more value to his candidacy.
Nigerians expressed different views following the emergence of the video, with many negative comments left online.
The reaction came following recent reports of the actress’ distressed marriage.
Reacting to Yesufu tweeted:
“So Funke Akindele danced at a rally and some people have issues with that? Na wa ooooh! Dancing is part of what is done at a rally. You have to connect with everyone at a rally. You talk about issues and also let your hair down.
“Except if there is something I don’t know.”
